ABOUT ME.

Thank you for taking the time to discover a bit more about who I am and what drives me. For me, life isn’t simply about what we achieve; it’s about the journey, the small moments, and the lessons woven throughout that path.

I grew up in a small village in India, surrounded by a strong matriarchal family—a rare gift in a world that often saw things differently. Education, for us girls, was never questioned; it was a right, cherished and encouraged as much as for the boys. Looking back, I feel grateful for this foundation, which shaped so much of who I am today.

I gave up my first love of English Literature and went with my second love of Maths, studying engineering – something which I am thankful for now.

Through all of this, daydreaming remained my loyal companion—whether imagining new possibilities or pondering what could be accomplished in one lifetime. After 47 years on this planet, I smile knowing that so many of those dreams have been realized.

Of course, turning dreams into reality has never been easy. What I’ve learned, though, is that it’s the pursuit—chasing what sometimes seems impossible—that fills me with excitement. And I’ve come to realize that accomplishments alone don’t bring happiness. True contentment comes from the heart, from simple, everyday pleasures:
– finding a cozy nook to read a good book,
– cooking and savoring my favorite meal,
– sharing long walks with my husband,
– or laughing with friends late into the night.

Philosophy aside—I’m still doing what I do best: thinking big for organizations and individuals, crafting strategies that deliver both immediate wins and lasting impact. Supporting businesses in unlocking their full value continues to inspire me. But I know, firsthand, that genuine organizational change always begins with individual transformation.
